At Carlton House, we pride ourselves on an atmosphere that is at once homey and resort-like, and nowhere is this ideal achieved more successfully than in our dining room. Our chefs strive to create a menu that features both the kind of home-style cooking our residents love, as well as elaborate culinary creations that showcase their full talents and experience. The Carlton House kitchen prepares meals from scratch, using as many locally-sourced, fresh, and organic ingredients as possible, with the mantra “simple, fresh and delicious” guiding everything they do. Culinary offerings include at least one vegetarian, heart-healthy, low salt or cholesterol-conscious option at every meal, with an emphasis on uncomplicated, home-style food … that is, when we’re not indulging in a sumptuous bowl of Beef Bourguignon or creamy tiramisu at one of our monthly theme dinners and buffet brunches!

For breakfast, we provide a continental spread of pastries, fruit, tea and coffee, conveniently delivered to your floor and available for you to enjoy in your suite with the morning paper. Additionally, three times a week we offer the option of a hot breakfast served in our dining room. Here you can enjoy eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes to your heart’s content! Lunch and dinner is served in our elegant dining room with plenty of options, flexible dining times and open seating, so what you eat, when you eat, and who you eat it with is all up to you. We also welcome friends and family into our dining room, so why not invite the grandkids for Sunday brunch or have some friends over for dinner? We’ll do the dishes!
